Volunteer Opportunities 2022

Donate your time to help put on the Sustainable Ag Expo and receive an all-access ticket to the three-day event plus access to the online courses. Email Danielle at Danielle@vineyardteam.org with your availability. Available volunteer shifts are below:

Continuing Education Booth

• Located right in the session hall so you won't miss a thing.
• All volunteers must staff the booth at the end and beginning of each session.
• With multiple volunteers at the booth, there is ample time for breaks to explore the tradeshow.
• Volunteers can choose two or three shifts below:
  • Monday, November 14 from 7:30 am - 5:15 pm.
  • Tuesday, November 15 from 7:30 am - 4:45 pm.
  • Wednesday, November 16 from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.

Set-Up & Strike

• Help with setup, breakdown, and the Exhibitor's Showcase.
• Volunteers hours include:
  • Monday, November 14 from 3:30 pm - 7:00 pm.
  • Tuesday, November 15 from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
  • Wednesday, November 16 from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm.

Sunday Set-Up

• Help set up the tradeshow and exhibitor check-in.
  • Sunday, November 13 from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
